Orcas Monitor is a portable surveillance system that offers remote monitoring from home, office or any WIFI/3G hotspots. Users can take snapshot of the current camera that can be later viewed in the photo gallery. User can also record videos and play back.
Get started:
1. Add a camera by going to the cameras tab then tap "Add". Users enters presets like the Channel Name and the Camera ID to view. The Server IP and port to connect to can be changed at the Settings tab.
2. To monitor a camera, tap an added camera, you will be directed to the monitor tab. If successful, a live image streaming will be displayed. Camera should first be set to streaming to the server or locally.
For local mode:
1. Cameras streaming locally are detected and displayed in the cameras tab. tap a detected camera to start monitoring.
3. Built in cameras could only stream locally.
Additional features for Home Station cameras
1. Can monitor USB cameras that allows quad streaming.
2. USB camera channels can be change remotely
*Note: Remote access requires a fast and stable internet connection.
